Some of my snakes take them nicely.
Others hit them so hard they fly out of my hand.

They do seem to be harder hitting than the others.
They certainly get more excited when mice is on the menu.

Thats an incredible find. I'm so jealous that you have different color garters where you are at. Seems like here they are all one huge family since they pretty much ALL look the same, no pattern, no color variation, no nothing, just yellow stripe, black along the upper middle, and light beigh on the sides and belly.
