I know what you are saying.
Having to put my girl down was terrible but I knew it was something that had to be done.
I know you will make the right decision.

I know I think that makes it even more difficult. I've had to let two danes go and I'm really not looking forward to doing it again. I actually told my husband that he had to take Chance in, that I couldn't do it again, but I'm sure I'll be there

To the end. I held Ally in my arms and said goodbye as she left.
It was hard but I'm glad I was there.

Brown and Green Anoles as pets?

These cute little lizards I see EVERYWHERE in Florida... Does anyone have them as Pets? If so what does your set-up look like? What do you feed them? Are they actually "Pet" type animals?

Yea they are. You see them in petstores all the time. They are easy to keep, but also gotta be kept just right. They eat crickets and stuff. I've never kept one, and can't give you all the info.

This should, however, be posted in the other pets tread

Green anoles make great pets, they will eat right out of your hand.
However, if you have a petstore that sells them, I would encourage long tailed lizards. They are very funny little lizards, and they can be kept with anoles.

Anoles and long tailed grass lizards eat crickets. My setup was more of a 40 tall I think, and had bark chips for substrate. Lots of leafy plants.
