When I first posted my welcome thread someone posted that picture asking if it was me. I thought that was pretty humorous so I made it my avatar.

Mine is me with my favorite ever snake named Ruby. She was a snow plains and she gave me my first litter of babies, she has since passed due to birthing complications. She was one of those snakes that loved to be out and handled and even watch TV, seriously she would park her head on my lap and watch TV, she had an alertness and intelligence about her that amazed people. I still miss her.

Mine is with my original two snakes, Stewie and Baby snake. Both have passed since then but I still love the picture. They were "snuggle snakes". Stewie was gravid at the time and she took care of the baby we found and had for only a short while.

I know I just thought it was funny that someone asked if that was me and posted the picture. My user name is supposed to be a reference to that character, I'm not really sure why I chose the name though. I probably just thought it was clever.

Awww, so many lost loved ones. Mine is my first snake and first garter, Sly. He'll probably always be my avatar. He started this whole mess <gg> He's 10 this year and I'm still in no way ready to lose him!

I kinda figured that's where you got it from. I was more or less explaining for anyone else who might not know. It is a cool name.

I think it was me who posted that pic. I tend to do stuff like that.
