The Northern garters he has advertissed are red sideds, from where he gets them at they have minimal red markings.

Now that you mention it... it does look like a red sided. But that stripe is just radixy.

yeah... garter up north is "northern garter". Maybe somone sold it to him, told him they were norhterns, and he went with that. Who knows.
