Would it be rude to tell someone off for being a jerk, when it's their job to pick up people from medical appointments? I was in the waiting room of my therapist's office waiting for my driver and he was 30 minutes late. When he finally came and got me, he told me that I should have been waiting outside, where it was rainy and very windy. He also slammed the door on my leg. I didn't want to be rude, so I kept my mouth shut... But I feel like reporting him in case he were to do something like that to someone who's severely disabled... My mom thinks I'm overreacting, what do you guys think I should do?

Well there are two ways that can go... He could be having a bad day, and if I called and complained, it would make him lose his job and make his day worse... Or he's just an all-round jerk and is rude, and deserves to lose his job. That's why it's hard. He was nice to the other man we picked up in the wheelchair, but not to me.
