When I said "irrelevant" I meant irrelevant to the point I was trying to make. You're making an entirely different point. Just because one keeps garter snakes in a tank does not suggest that he should also keep, for example, an alligator in his bathtub "no matter how you chose to look at it, spell it or justify it."
