I checked Craigslist and did see any "Female snapping turtle wants to meet male snapping turtle" ads.
He's been sleeping very little lately and his appetite is way down.

I guess I could always drop him off at the lake down the street.

That type of ad would be prohibited Steve. I know, I tried it when I was looking for a male for that female Pueblan milk I used to have. If you drop him off at the lake, be sure to tell him, don't forget your protection, and to be home by 11.

As many times as I report that my awesome snapping turtle Tank is so much more than common, then he goes and pulls this.

This is Tanks first Spring as a mature turtle. While he was out cruising the living room today he came across this bike helmet.
He was a little confused. Poor, poor Tank.
I lost it and couldn't stop laughing at him
I'll be glad when Spring is over and Tank can settle down.

That is hilarious! Poor little guy, seems cruel to laugh at his predicament but it is just too funny.
