    Well it is the middle of May, so the snakes are out for the summer. Pretty dismal baiting year, only a couple of snakes. Very few snakes around the pool too, maybe just a minimum in the population cycle. One interesting thing though. Even though I much prefer ending with photos of garters, did find this guy(?) out by the pool. First saw him 4 years ago, much smaller then. I relocated him away from the pool just to be safe, but somehow I have the feeling that he will be back LOL. Anyway I will keep my eyes opened for anything unusual that shows up this summer, and will see you in the spring.

    Awesome Thread, I found it via Steve's "Old Thread" thread and I have t o say that is awesome, can't wait to see what next year brings, hopefully more garters

    I just read the thread (in one sitting.) and now i wish i saved some for later
    anyway. I really enjoyed reading it and now i want to use a heat lamp to bait garters i hope that it stays updated. even if i have to wait till next spring
