Want to bet? Not that I ever would vote on politics, but I lost my right in 1989. All it took was a class B felony conviction. If I wanted to push it, I could have requested that I get it back after 10 years (I would have to write a request to Governor of WA) but I don't care.

Voting is a right and responsibility.
It's a privilege to be able to participate in the process, even though many times you have to choose for the lesser of two evils.

It's also a my right to decide not to vote. Politics is a joke. I don't care to participate.

Personally, I consider it a human right, as mentioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 21.

    Nothing wrong with that.
My parents raised me using the word privilege.

I prefer to reserve that word for things that I don't consider inalienable.

I agree with Stefan in this matter. A right is not the same a privilege. However, in America, the right to vote is not a human right. Not inalienable. There are a number of ways for you to lose the privilege whereas with inalienable human rights are something that cannot be taken away, no matter how vial a person you might happen to be.
