albino painted turtle, one of a kind, hatched in captivity by a good friend, have not yet seen another albino painted turtle

oh wow. Awesome. I have heard of them before so I did a google search. here's another. I noticed that one you pictured doesn't have pink eyes. Maybe it's not truly albino, or perhaps it's just a different type of albino like nebraska radixes. I wonder how they keep these healthy without UV exposure?

your right richard its not a t- albino, turtle experts in florida say its a t+ albino and thanks for digging up that picture...very cool, albino painted turtles are very rare, and the one my friend has didnt come easy, the history on the turtle is truly fascinating

I couldn't find the albino photo but did find his Hypo snapper.
This is a face I don't even think a Mother would love.

I think their "old man" face is cute as heck. Reminds me of the perverted old man on Family Guy.

i love snappers specially alligator snappers, which come in a variety of colors as well
