Are those babies from the big orange stripe girl I sent? They're looking well. I think they're going to develop some nice color in their stripes too.

I acquired a male very blue, absolutely stunning anery concinnus a few months ago that looked thinner and in much worse shape than that radix. Normally I wouldn't have bothered trying to save it but it's color is just so dang awesome, I went ahead and gave it shot. After pancur treatment he started eating very well (he'll only eat pinkies so far) a pinky or two every other day or so. He's looking much better now and I think he'll be fine. If you can keep her eating, and often, I'll bet she'll make it. Good luck, she's a looker.

She was very old Don and I had trouble getting her to eat any more than enough to keep her alive. As thin and old as she was, I consider it lucky that she had a fine healthy litter. The babies look great. I think you told me in a PM that they are not eating well now. Maybe not full-out brumation but big cool down for a couple of months is what is called for. You guys need to remember that like dekayi, these are cold-functioning snakes. They don't need, and probably shouldn't be kept very warm most of the year. I mean, I've seen them on the surface and active in Feb or in the fall when it's only about 50 degrees. They all but vanish (can't be found) when it's only 75 and sunny usually. My red stripe girl remained active and feeding well even after being kept at around 60-70 for a while. By far, the best time to find these snakes is spring and fall when it's cool.
