    Back to the drab color thing...Selena is an Eastern garter and at first glance there is nothing very spectacular about her. She is very brown...very neutral. But to me she is the most beautiful snake in the world...and if you sit and look at her, you can see all of her little black checkers, and subtle color differences. I think my favorite type of garter in terms of looks would have to be the San Fran...but my Selena will always be a beautiful snake to me!

    Same with Mama, at first glace she's just chocolate brown and white, but when you look at her harder you can see a little design in her scales. She is a beautiful snake to me, a San Fran may be my favourite colours, but I'll always think of Mama as the most beautiful snake ever. My others are also beautiful too.
