It's a bit stiff, but pretty easy to re-shape if you warm it up. If I remember right, I paid around 50 cents a foot.

Little update :

I do the second layer in and outside the rocks, they recommend 1 week of drying, so in the end of the current week I will try them in place.

The sikatop is a bit expensive, an other option is to use Sika latex, who is mix with any Portland cement to make it waterproof, it is supposse to be less expensive than the sikatop.
