    Multispecies viv

    Would it be ok to keep different species of garter in one viv

    e.g 1 plains and 1 chequered

    if they are the same sex and there is adequate space for both, then yes! If they are of the opposite sex then there is too much of a chance they will mate and create mutt offspring.

    Approximately the same size so you don't have any feeding accidents.(cannibalism) Probably not the appropriate word.
