    We find those sometimes at the shooting range we go to.
    Too many snakes! 15 species and counting. 2.2 plus Crested geckos 2.2 Gargoyle geckos 0.2 Chihuahua 2.1 evil cats.

    I had a scorpion just like that one that I found in San Diego. It lived about a year in captivity but it was already full size when I found it. Got stung by the sucker too. Talk about painful. OUCH!

    That's Berber, my jungle carpet. She loves her skull a little too much for comfort. Gives me chills.

    And here's my california kingsnake. Snapped that as soon as I got her home. She's the first snake I could get my wife to admit was actually beautiful.

    UPDATE

    Great news. She Pooped. She eating and pooping, now. It looks like her sabbatical from food wasn't too hard on her.

    Now, Here's a question for you. Do you think it would be OK to try and breed her now. My thinking is this. Maybe that time she was gone was her brumation. Cold basement floor, no food or water to speak of. Now, the fact she is eating and pooping like a normal snake, makes me think she wasn't stress very much during her time away.
    Thoughts please.
