    Jelly Bean...?

I found something really strange in my aquarium with my pregnant garter. It looked like a piece of salmon, but it was more pinkish/peacish (kinda like the color of a pinky), and wasn't transparent like the salmon.

I had fed the male that's in there a couple of pinkies two days ago, with some salmon. My first thought was that he might have regurgitated one But that would have meant the salmon would have to have come up first, and I couldn't find that.

I haven't seen anything like it in two years of ownership, and the camera I use to take close up's in broken for the moment. So would you guys happen to have pictures of what Jelly Beans look like so I can compare?

    Thanks in advance.

For reference it's day 69 since I witnessed copulation.

Did it look anything like this? This one got rolled over a few time before I found it. This is a jelly or slug.

He wants to know how long it will take for the rest of the litter to come after she dropped the slug.

However long it takes to deliver all inside. My experience has been they come out at the same rate as anything else being delivered.

Could she throw a slug now and still have full developed healthy babies at a later date, or is it once one comes they all come?

I have found that once the contractions start they continue until everything is out. Granted, that can be a long time frame. As much as 48 hour. I've never had a jelly thrown and then a month or even a week later the snake delivers the rest.
This is of course just my experience with mostly radixes.

Thanks for clearing up my statement jere000
That would have been my next statement Thomas

    Next newbie question...

What does a contraction look like in a snake?

    And,

Do I have to tell her how to breath?

P.S. the last one was in jest.
