re: Other pets (pics and discussions)

I went to the Havre De Grace reptile show this past weekend and came home with another slither. I've wanted a Saharan sand boa for some time but I rarely find any that are captive bred. Well, I finally got one. And yes, he's wild caught (UGH!) but from several years ago. He was the healthiest looking Saharan at the show. ( And some of the Saharans were kinda rough looking! EEEEP! ) He's already well adjusted to captivity and has a great disposition. ( I just gotta get him off LIVE food! )

I gotta take him to the most wonderful herp vet to clear him. Think I'll do that next week. I've dubbed him "Smoothie". Pics to follow.

Here's Smoothie's first photo shoot. Ads new meaning to the term "brown-nosing" eh?

    My snakes

I wanted to share some pics of my scaled babies. I don't yet have a garter, I'm hoping that will change this year (wink wink to anyone expecting garter babies), but here they are. If anyone is familiar with kingsnake morphs could you give your opinion on what color my guy is..his morph has to have a name..not just cali king lol. My three year old god son has named him Chocolate Milk and well that pretty much describes his color.
