Re: My little Brown Snake (Storeria dekayi)
Mine has been giving me that face a lot lately, and it worries me because now i worry that I don't feed her enough.
what is the appropriate amount of feedings when it comes to a brown snake?
My friend told me most snakes get fed once or twice a week, but is that the same for dekayis?

Re: My little Brown Snake (Storeria dekayi)
I feed my dekay's 2 to 3 times a week. I have them on a slug/worm diet. These items pass quickly and my browns seem to always have room for more food.
They are little begging/eating machines

Re: My little Brown Snake (Storeria dekayi)
Dekayi are little eating machines, I feed mine 4 times a week, sometimes even more than that.
They do not require any heat, They are a cool weather snake.
Amazing how popular they have become.

Hi there,
What is the lump at the back, just before the tail?
Is it a male?
Very nice though!
