The killer is how this went down. My female shed last week and tonight I saw her rolling around on TOP of my male with her cloaca wide open. She was actually courting him! So once my male was all worked up, the solution was very simple, I grabbed his tail and shifted it over to the ery female... and the female did the rest. as soon as she felt him wiggling on her she pulled her tail forward and BOOM lockup. She seemed thrilled. So did he. I pulled out the flame and it was 20 min of him being dragged around... happily
