    Thanks, guys and girls.

As a side note, that black head seems to be a dominant trait. Every baby so far has had them.

I think Don would know more about this but every baby wandering I have EVER seen was born with a black head. I think as they grow it gets lighter... because I used to always wonder why they ALL came out with black heads!

When I got the parents, they weren't much bigger than this, and they did not have black heads. The male I got did have a black head and still does. So does the one I kept last year and at least one of its siblings.

probably half the babies I have seen around here have the black heads...some stay that way, others kinda fade away.

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.

    Re: Epic Fail

Judging from the picture it seems as though the dead haven't been dead for very long. Any stillborns I have got in the past were almost always born first, but fully developed and normal looking. As if the sac broke early and they suffocated inside the mother. Any theories why this happens? Why many still borns look like they died mere hours from birth?

As for the total number, that's weird. Unless she's holding more and they are dead too.
