    Oh, it's incredible! Not only do I zoo keep, I also teach nature classes for children and work on conservation topics. In fact, right now I'm working with our curator on a Pantherophis vulpina conservation project.

    Vulpina is a fox snake, so - like you said - closely related to rat snakes. :]
