Hi, I'm New Here!
Why hello there!
Hello all!
I am new here, though I remember coming around some 4 or 5 years ago, lurking and reading threads. I hope to become a dedicated, contributing member as best I can now. I currently own 1.3.6 Thamnophis radix, along with a small collection of other herps. I also work at an educational facility that displays a high quality collection of reptiles as well as a few hawks and owls. I have kept Thamnophis my entire life, and even though they are overwhelmingly common in northern Illinois, they have always been my favorite genus of snakes.
I am working towards an associate degree in biology, then transferring and majoring in wildlife biology. Besides animals, I love dancing, drawing, reading, photography, and tracking moose and wolves in northern Minnesota. I believe that will suffice for now!
