Feeding smaller amounts for a longer time. Keep the temperatures normal.

Don't just stop feeding. This will make her burn a lot of fat in a short time which might lead to vitamine poisening. (Some vitamins are stored in fat and will be released into the bloodstream in pretty big and possibly dangerous amounts)

Yeah, didn't even cross my mind to stop feeding her.

I cut the mice from her diet and replaced it with slightly smaller amounts of fish.

Already been doing that. Just to be clear, I've been doing that for a while and I'm seeing results, even if she's not quite there yet.

Maybe it's time to tip the enclosure on its side and put the water bowl near the top, so that she'd have to do a bit of climbing to reach it.

Exercise is always good.
Maybe you could put an aquarium with some fish in it next to her tank. I'm sure she'd get plenty of exercise from that. :P

The weather was almost perfect, so I took the keeper outside for a photo shoot.









She's changed a bit in coloration since early she was born, although I suspect that she'll be shedding next week and that it may have something to do with it. She started out like this:
