I don't know if it's good, but I reached three milestones: 60,000 videos watched (there must be something wrong with the counter), 30,000 views on my own videos and 100 subscribers.

I have been looking for copies of the suggesting reading books. they are a bit more difficult to come by without paying extra.

Any suggestions?? I am going to start ravaging the local used book stores to see if there are any that happened to slip through.

As we speak- my two newest additions to my snakey family are travelling across to the UK on a boat... Sabine and Gijs are delivering a little tetrataenia and a melanistic garter to our lovely James, who gets to babysit for a week! Lets hope my son's cold isn't the swine flu or our camping trip might have to be cancelled!
Has anyone else been affected by the virus? It's been spreading quite dramatically here in this part of England but people aren't really freaking out. It's a pain and unpleasant, as flu generally is, but appears to be less of a problem than "real" flu. Our local primary school has a couple of cases, one of my children's teachers has been at home for 10 days and every day we hear of more people around us. Symptoms seem generally mild but differ from the normal flu by the affect on the digestive system.

In other news...I think my cat fell into the river tonight! He came home completely soaked!

Alas! Due to unforeseen circumstances Gijs & Sabine are delayed by two weeks! So it will be the weekend of the 25th when the snakes arrive here.
I'm looking forward to it too..... I just heard it's going to be a different weekend, but that's ok- more time to get excited!

Yes, he's fine, he has no more than a sore throat and a stuffy nose so far. We all have a few symptoms, but nothing too dramatic as yet- so could just be normal colds. We're off to a big music festival in a couple of weeks so I'd rather be ill this week than next. Get it out of the way, lol.

Took my kids Kayaking this afternoon. It was a great day. A lot of clouds and light winds. Here's my 3 youngest daughters. Molly up front, Hailee and Gabby farthest away.


Then there's my one and only son, Kale(I don't need another since he's the best)


Last, but not least. My oldest,Emmyjo. She's such a wonderful young lady.
