Two Questions

we did have a chat day a couple of years ago or so on a weekend, but I missed it
reviews were mixed/mostly positive, but no huge enthusiasm
I use some of the threads in the lounge that way, and that used to be more common around here
if you go back through this thread http://www.thamnophis.com/forum/gart...t-shh-shh.html, you'll find that it's had some quite lively chats, but these days it seems to have fallen into disuse - sadly
I myself am not a fast typist, so that's about the pace I can keep up with
and I know, James referred to this further up this page, but I just thought I'd bring it up again

We did make an attempt at using another group's IRC channel (with their permission) a couple of years ago, but it wasn't a success by any means. I'm not sure there's a "market" for a chat here, either.

Many of us already use MSN and there's always the It's Oh So Quiet -thread for random offtopic discussions.
