    Very odd redsided!

    I just got this gravid girl from my friend in kansas.at first i thought she was just an eastern but I've never seen an eastern like this at all.the easterns i get from him a vrey different. so just would like some imput on this i think it may be a red sided?? I dont know.

    Might be a hybrid.

    Have you counted scales? In which row is the lateral stripe? Can we get a mug shot of it?

    odd.....bars on the neck across the lateral stripe suggest chicago garter.....red sided occasionally have a bar or 2... where was it found???

    not an eastern, not a chicago, not a red-sided, mostly looks like T.radix and may have some red radix influence from that area, or integrade with red-side, or could be a hybrid radix x red-sided.
    that would be my guess.
