    Re: Spot's Close

I think the time is close for Spot. She turned her food down, tonight. Something must be happening since she is one of my best eaters. She seem even more uncomfortable. She was able to get out and take a drink but that was about it. She's so much bigger than last year. I'll be spending a lot more time with her as the time gets closer. Her babies from last year are so big now. I'm looking forward to this new batch with great anticipation.

My girl is very uncomfortable. She was out tonight and could barely move to the water dish. I think she could deliver any time now. I hope she waits until I get home from work. This is one nice radix. Very calm and gentle.
Her babies from last year are just like her. Hoping the new babies come soon. I love baby radixes.

This morning she seems very active. As if she's searching for something. I can't say I've ever seen this kind of behavior from one of my females this later in a pregnancy. What are your thoughts? Should I be concerned? I did hold her and she seemed to calm down.

Hi Steve, when my kükla was ready to deliver, she was pretty active, going all over her habitat, like she was on a mission. Then she calmed down a little and gave birth not too much later.

Looks like today may be the day? Can't wait for the photos!

The babies are here. I'll have to get back to you. Gotta go.

At this point 18 and 1 stillborn. I think she has at least 2 or 3 left to deliver. They look healthy and most have shed already. I'll post some pictures later tonight. Spot's doing fine. They are so cute. I love little scubs.
