Tisha, tell your son, "Thanks", for me. I enjoy my mossy frogs, I think they are one of the coolest frogs around. I actually have 6 of them, 3 adult males and 3 juvies (hoping for a female or two).

    Re: Other Reptiles/Amphibians

Love is suddenly in the air in my snakeroom. My whitesided black rats are showing signs of courting each time I introduce them, as are my okeetee cornsnakes (female still needs to shed). Hopefully, those two pairs will follow through. My hybrid kings from great valley serpentarium are are courting as we speak. By courting I mean, the male has the female's neck in his mouth and is roughly shoving her around with his body. She is being submissive and receptive. The female erythristic water snake is fatter than ever. So, hopefully, baby season is on its way for me!

Oh, and my dad's friend apparently has a property that is absolutely chock full loaded with snakes, Mainly garter and water snakes. He has a bunch of vernal pools and a stream in his property and he told me "the snakes are out, crazy bastards are chasing the spring peepers all over the place!"

I'm going up tomorrow for some spring herping, provided it's not raining
