Nice cage and beautiful tarrantula, I have just one t right now- from the mojave desert. She's a real sweetheart. I also have a couple scorpions- 1 giant desert hairy scorpion(not very sweet lol), and 1 unknown species also from the desert- very possibly the same as the other(its still very small).
The other pics are cool too.

Christa, I love the second pic! Very cool. Don, yours not so much.... I can appreciate the colors... but they give me the chills... what's odd is I deal with the first two, close-up pictures way better than the last one in the web... ugh...

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside

Re: Its oh so quiet Shh Shh

Mikhaila has been off school this week, and I'm starting to wish I could get some more important work done - all this partying and playing is getting to me
I now remember why we got the Settlers of Catan extensions last year - after about twenty games or so the basic one gets a bit boring

who was it that asked how I get my snakes to shed together?
well, they're doing it again - weird
two a couple of days ago, yesterday three plus the legless lizard, today three, and a bunch of them have varying shades of blue eyes

today there was some TV station from the UK filming a little news story at Sean's - supposed to be aired on some breakfast program
it's about some people finding a boa in their couch - nice looking animal too
here's the story in a more local news venue
Boy, oh, boa! Boys find snake hiding in the couch

oh - and Chloe, my maritime garter, bit me today
she's never ever done that before and I know that it's just that she's so very hungry, but it totally took me by surprise
I am very much hoping that her phenomenal appetite is an indication of future offspring
she's the smallest adult female I have - and she scarfed down three rat pinks and two fuzzy mice last feeding
some of that was meant for the other two snakes in the enclosure, and so I offered them some of the trout jelly, and she grabbed a large piece of that as well
