Is It Possible to Tell if Your Garter is Gravid?

Guys,
Is there a good way to tell if your female Garter is Gravid or not? I have a adult Female Puget I purchased last November and she appears to be getting bigger/fatter...! Up until 2 weeks ago, she had a very healthy appetite!
Didn't know if you can accurately feel the babies in their belly or not?
Any help would be appreciated!

Just letting her run through your fingers you should be able to feel a baby bumpyness .... if she's gained the weight more towards the tail-end it's a good sign.

Jack, just be careful trying to feel for babies, Until we know for sure, handling should be minimal.

Pictures would be helpful.

And although this may be premature, congrats if she is.
