One thing you can do to inspire yourself is to put the money you would normally spend on smokes into a jar, and at the end of each month being smoke-free, you go out and buy yourself something really nice, or get a manicure/pedicure -- anything really to pamper yourself. It's amazing how fast the dollars and cents add up, and it's a great way to keep yourself going when the cravings get difficult to deal with.

Hahaha i have already started that. I have got a 3L empty Smirnoff vodka bottle and have about £70 in there. but as i work in a pub, most is my tips .
I think it will be going towards my trip to the king Tut exhibit, London, to Hamm for a few snakes or my 2week trip to syria, or the 09 meeting in south carolina hehehe
