Sorry, but I didn't want to spoil the soft mood in the "oh so quiet" thread, but I need to let off steam a little. I have been trying to plumb in the washing machine that I've been given, for a couple for days now and it's driving me loopy! Not because I don't know how to do it, I'm quite pleased that I'm working it out myself, but it's the stupid things that keep going wrong...
the tools breaking, the waste pipe slipping out of my hands, the saw that I use to make the hole in the undersink cupboard bigger loosing its blade, the machine bleeping an error message at me, saying there's water in the back of the machine, even though it's not been connected for a couple of years or so, but kept in the dry, the connectors of the dishwasher and washing machine not fitting next to each other, the over flow of the sink slipping out, me forgetting to reconnect the u-bend before washing my hands, waste pipe no longer fitting tightly and I don't know where to stop with all this...
Anyone fancy popping round and giving me a hand?
