Hi Everybody,

I've been keeping snakes for most of the last 40yrs. Blood, Short-tailed, and Ball Pythons, as well as Eastern Garter, Ribbon, Black Rat, and Northern Water. Seen Timber Rattlesnake and Northern Copperhead at a stick's distance away (a long stick), but not much interested in those.

I've been stalking this site for awhile and thought I might post some messages here and there in the foreseeable future, so am starting here.

A mild Winter here has allowed us to see 3 Garters before the 1st official day of Spring. Nothing special otherwise I'd post pics. Will look again today on the Western facing slopes of some foothills, those seem to warm up the soonest (though for years I'd thought it'd be the Southern facing). Forecast calling for rain here tonight so chances are we'll see some more this afternoon.

Okay that's all for now.
