It's amazing how flagyl increases the appetite of snakes!

Before she was given any food it was med. Time. She took another dose of flagyl
(metronidazole) and something new. She's been started on a weekly dose of baytril.
This was suggested by my friend steve schmidt and seconded by my vet. The baytril was introduced to address some of the nasties not addressed by the flagyl.

Speckle once again is blood-free in her feces which is great but we must find out what is bleeding. I will not subject her to exploratory surgery. If my vet. acquires a long enough scope i will allow that. For now she is aggreesively feeding and gaining weight.
