Sexing a young Checkered Garter

My babies are a year old, they're just starting to lose their bellybuttons.. Dunno if it has to do with the fact it's a northwestern though.

Geri's belly button is now starting to fade and she's about 7 months old.

Maybe this quick fading belly button thing is in radixes only then.
I think I will do a day-to-day photo shot the next time I have some babies born to see how quickly it fades.
