Hi, I'm New Here!
Hi everyone :)
Hello!
I'm completely new to snakes, though I am familiar with other reptiles and amphibians (I have a bearded dragon and a mud turtle). Previously this week I was out in the country, and I managed to catch what I'm assuming to be a female hatchling red-sided garter snake, who I've named Fielding.
At the moment, she's in a five gallon with a heating pad, some damp sphagnum moss, hides, a water dish, etc. Cut up worms are offered to her daily, as she's too small for anything else, but I have yet to see her eat anything. She's very active, tongue-flicking, and is getting used to people. I'll have pictures up as soon as I can.
