I have considered relesing them, but the temps are dropping and I don't know how much of chance they will have over the winter at this point. I know if I release them that there is a chance they will still die. I would rather know I tried my very best to get them to eat.
Last week one of the non-eaters latched onto a slug chunk, but it was so sticky it let it go. I'm hoping that scenting a worm chunk will help get them to eat. I understand that not all of them may make it, but I need to try my best to help them along.
