The theme for this month's contest, chosen by "mtolypetsupply" will be "Travelling Garters", I think the best way to explain what she has in mind is to copy her description!
"Traveling Garters". Take your garter on a little trip! Whether to a room in your house, your back yard, or even farther away, take your garter out of it's enclosure for an on-location photo shoot. Uncomfortable about taking them out of the house, or even their enclosure? Use a photoshop type program and photoshop them into exotic locales!

Please do not violate any federal, state, or local or other laws in your travels, and make sure you hold onto your animal at all times. No photo contest is worth losing your pet!



The rules are as follows;

1) Each participant is allowed only one entry.
2) The competition will remain open for the first three weeks of August, the final week being set aside for voting.
3) Pictures must be related to Garter and Ribbon Snakes and must be within the theme set by last month's winner in order to be eligible.
4) The winner may choose the theme for the September 2010 competition, but may not participate in it.
5) It is understood that the winner gives his or her permission for their winning entry to be posted on the portal page, unless otherwise stated beforehand.
