I go to three four different sites a year that have a very heavy vagrans population and all four are unique in color/pattern and average adult female size. All of the males seem to be in the same average range but the females vary quite a bit.

Absolutely no idea. The breeder said one of its parents came from Scott Felzer and the other is wildcaught. It differs in pattern from its sister, which I've noticed is quite similar to wandering garters I've seen in pictures from
South Saskatchewan River, Alberta. It's also a snail refuser.
