What kind of Garter Snake ist this

Hi

I´m Dirk from Germany and I´m 32 years old.
I got a problem with one of my Garter Snakes..
The seller said it´s a Thamnophis ordinoides, but today a member of the EGSA sent me a Mail and said that he isn´t sure that my snake ist an ordinoides.
I hope anyone can help me :
