Cleaning a cage and having an aesthetically pleasing cage

Right now, I'm caring for 20 baby red-sided garters. They're in a plastic bin because it's easy to clean on a daily basis. If I get larger garters (or if I decide to keep a pair of these), I'm wondering how I will keep the enclosure clean. I've looked at some of the furniture-quality pieces, but they seem to be just glorified aquariums -- they don't address the issue of cleaning.

When I've cared for birds, the cages have always had a removable bottom to facilitate cleaning. Is there such a thing for reptile cages?

There is reptile carpet witch is useful, in petsmart its called eco carpet same idea try that.

You can get what is essentially washable astroturf from various pet stores. I've not bothered with it because I figure my little ones will just find a way to get under it. I use newspaper and Carefresh but they still seem to go on the glass half the time. I've resigned myself to scrubbing the tank every other feeding since that's when they're out of the tank anyway.

Larger snakes seem to be better about pooping on the newspaper or carefresh but I still have to scrub occasionally.

They're all prone to soiling their water, so keep an eye on that too.
