    Movin' on up

Our newish tank arrived today. They will be going from a 20 long to a 55 long. Bill is going to build a top for it that hinges so both sides can be accessed. Pictures will definitely follow.

Sounds awesome I can't wait to see it complete. When I picked up my two 20 gallons from a person at work, I also was able to get a 40 gallon from them. That will be the home of Butterscotch and Phoenix in the end, after they look like the 20 long doesn't cut it any longer.

55 gallons is a good bit of room to work with. Im sure they will enjoy their new home!

Thanks guys. It sure was a bugger to clean out. It's so heavy! We just need to buy the supplies for the top now.

More space is always a good thing for garters.

So we have a sort of set up. It's pretty dry here right now so the sheet over the top to help with the humidity level. We don't have all the decor in right now. The other tank next to it is the 20 long.

You'll be able to give them some nice climbing space in the new tank with some fake plants, and think how much fun Bill can have building stuff for that bigger tank - climbing frames, platform, treehouse, metro system to get from one end to the other...

Oh yeah, Bill already has a really cool water feature in mind he wants to build, and a tunnel system.
