    They are very young snakes at the moment, only about 22" long. Who knows how their colour might develope? I hope they keep this colouration, but we'll see next year!

    Very nice looking checkereds! I love their colour, wish I'd see some like that at the shows, I'd scarf them up. Most I've seen are more brownish, the nice green colour looks great.

    I've noticed that too. I would say it's one of the best garters for a beginner, as well as the Radix.
