Cuddles looks suprisingly unscathed after his little adventure. Tell Cuddles I said that I am glad he is okay but that I am a bit ticked off at him for scaring you and the rest of us so much!

So you survived the surgery! I have been thinking about you today. I said a prayer for you this morning. I saw your post just now and wondered...did she have the surgery? I'm glad you are doing well. Cuddles is safe and you survived the surgery, so I can rest a little easier now. Take it easy and get some rest. I'm glad your friend is going to help with Cuddles. Keep us posted when you can.

What was the surgery for to remove your tonsils ?

It was wisdom teeth. It hurts now and I'm sick of the taste of blood.

Yeah...that part sucks. That will be gone soon.

Yeah, the bleeding has pretty much ceased now. The bottom right side of my jaw hurts more than the other three spots. It's annoying. Probably because I only took half a pain pill to start. And, four hours after my surgery my mouth is still numb.

BUT, the feeling I had as I went under was awesome. Not in a pleasant way so much as an interesting way. Two breaths and my eyes shut. Less than another breath later and I was out. And, on the plus side, I spent the entire surgery dreaming about garter snakes.

Now that is definitely proof that you are one of us Ashley...I was having horrible nightmares last night that I was going to marry Glenn Close when she is dressed up as that man she played in that movie Albert Hobbs or something....ewwwww! Where in the love of burritos did that come from??

Good to know you're on the recovery road. The only time I had a general anaesthetic they injected me, seconds later I was out, woke up in another room "some time later" in a lot of pain. I'd trade that for garter dreams, sounds like you got a good deal, and shows your true state of addiction.

I hope that when I have my surgery in April, I have lots of garter dreams...I will make sure to think about garters right before they put me under!
