Yes they are.. $169.00 US dollars is rather steep. But if they may be a lot more rare in Canada. So the price is depending on weather or not you are happy to pay it.

that may be a little steep, but these are also adults. adults will cost more than babies.

true, and it's an instant breeding project that could pay out as soon as 2011.

so all in all a good investment.

simple math.. say 10 healthy babies worth $50 each, more than double your money in six months.

    and that's a conservative figure.

Raising Garter Sankes in Germany wonīt make them more expensive,
there is very little demand on adult snakes, or people donīt like to pay an adequate price for the additional work of rearing.

A German friend of mine is selling his baby snakes, born in April 2010, for 100 Euro each, but if there is no prospect yet, you may place an acceptable lower offer for them.
Maybe itīs easier to decide what they are worth for you, when you see them alive, if you could visit the keeper. Especially anerythristic morphs sometimes look a lot better by eyesight than on a photo.

I wonīt conceal that Iīd not be amused, if unknown people ask for a discount for one or two offered snakes.
