got 5 small slugs from my gf's garden and snake devoured the one i put in right away. since he's not had anything in at least 3 weeks i'll offer him another tomorrow morning. thanks again. keeping remaining slugs in a container with food and moisture

Slugs like it cool and they like lettuce. Put in soil, some compost and some lettuce. Place in basement or garage if cool. They do not do well in warm house
I found out this summer, not pretty.
