The rule of thumb is that the better the book, the more expensive it is. What sort of book are you after?

big books! lol ok for example theres this book on "how to catch a snake" and its $750 but the second edition is still in print and it has 36 more pages and is about $15-$20
i would love things like medical books on enom and anti venom, herpetology, maybe textbook sized books. basically the thicker and more reptile related the better!

Look for authors named Kardong and Wüster, if you're interested in venom.

You might want to check the "What are you reading"-thread for ideas.

All good books. The thinnest is about 240-250 pages.

I sure do. Added the first one to my wish list. Let's see if the price comes down after new years day.

I just cancelled that second book. The store I use didn't display the full title of it; Snakes Victims of Parasites: Parasites of Viper and Cobra
