my female garter snake is about 65cm,and about 9months old ,and i feed them the tadpoles I collected from this pool,i don't kown whether it can reproduce or not,may be you can give me some advices,and how much do I feed it would be proper,thanks alot.

Welcome to the forum.
Keep in mind, that food source can carry parasites. Would be good to switch her over to worms/pinkies/frozen-thawed fish.

That is a lot! About 5 or 6 years ago before the pond behind my house got destroyed there were about half that amount. I caught a few to raise and watch them grow into bullfrogs but my cat ate them somehow.
I have no idea what kind of cat would eat a bullfrog tadpole... But then again she eats plastic if we don't keep an eye on her
