    Frisky Snakes

Ok, I come home today from work and check on my snakes (which are in my foyer as I walk in) and the babies (yearlings) are in one big mating ball! All six of them this time. In the past it has been one or two but it was like, all six!!! It was a little warmer today than it has been in the past week, so I'm chalking it up to that.

    Teenagers!!!

Already had the talk. They are ignoring me, just like teenagers.

You're not kidding. Already grabbed a large log/stick/thing from the yard and baked it today, to give them something else to hide/hang off of.

    Re: Frisky Snakes

Teens don't always ignore. Some have different ways of registering it. My mom had "the talk" with me when I was 13 and I just shrugged it off and "ignored" her when she talked about it. It takes anywhere from a few days to a few months for things to "register" in my head. But it was a successful thing, I never dated until around 17 I think. It's hard to remember even though it wasn't more 5 years ago... Haha. I've also only had 3 boyfriends in my life time. I had a talk with Mama when I first got her and she went and put her tail in my face and did everything I told her not to. And of course, now her belly is growing and shes a little brat and really "hissy" at me if I don't feed her just what she wants or when she has a craving for pinkies and ice cream.
