    Shed-o-rama

Apparently the food cycle here on the Ranch is working well. It seems everyone is growing.
These two enclosures are just a sample of the sheds from over the weekend.

Had 3 new skins show up in the baby tank today. Here lately, I find one or more nearly every day.

Abby's been shedding once a month since I found her- she has gone from 13 inches or so to over 21 inches in just over 3 months.

She *still* wants to eat twice a week, and she eats a couple large-ish pinkies or silversides, and sometimes a third, and she's not getting fat, just bigger.

(See the picture of her on the toy motorcycle from the August photo competition- she doesn't look overweight to me, but I don't have many points for comparison)

This was taken about 3 days before her last shed- she went opaque about a day after this photo was taken.

Amy has actually sped up. He was shedding every 5 or 6 weeks but here lately it's every 3-4 weeks. He went from about 10 inches to about 20 inches in 7 months.

Found 4 skins in the baby tank this morning.

    She's just a growing girl.
She'll let you know when she's ready to slow down.
